1. Who this is between
Ordio is operated by Greetyr. These terms are between Greetyr and the parish or organisation whose account it is. Anyone signing up says they may bind that parish.
2. What we provide
A calendar and rostering application for Catholic parishes, provided as it stands and improved over time. We aim for it to be available at all times and do not promise that it always will be.
Ordio computes the liturgical day from the General Roman Calendar. It is a scheduling tool and not an authority on liturgical law, and where a diocese or a proper calendar says otherwise, that governs.
3. What it costs
Two dollars per seat per month, or one dollar per seat per month paid yearly. A seat is a person who signs in. Nobody who does not sign in is charged for.
Seats are counted from the accounts that exist. Adding somebody mid-month is charged for the remainder of that month; removing somebody credits the remainder.
The first sixty days are free. Card details are taken when the parish subscribes, and nothing is charged until the trial ends.
4. Your data
The parish's calendar, roster and records belong to the parish. We store and process them to run the service and for nothing else.
A parish may export everything at any time, and may close its account at any time. We erase its data within thirty days of closure other than what tax and accounting law requires us to keep.
5. If payment fails
The account becomes read only. The calendar stays visible, subscriptions keep working, and nothing is deleted. Editing resumes when payment is resolved.
We will write before anything changes, and again if the account is still unpaid after thirty days.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Ordio to store anything unlawful, and do not attempt to reach another parish's data. We may suspend an account that does either, and will say why.
7. Liability
Our liability in any twelve month period is limited to what the parish paid us in that period. We are not liable for a Mass that was scheduled wrongly, a room that was double-booked outside Ordio, or a volunteer who did not turn up. The calendar is a tool and the parish remains responsible for its liturgy.
8. Changes
We may change these terms and will give thirty days notice by email of anything that matters. Continuing to use Ordio after that is acceptance; a parish that would rather not may close its account and be refunded for the unused part of a year it paid for.
