Ordio keeps one calendar and meets your parish where it already is. No middleware, no connector fees, nothing to install.

Your Website

A published schedule page with a link for your bulletin, and an embed you paste once into your parish website. Both stay current by themselves, because they read the same calendar the office runs on. Only what you have marked public is ever shown.

Google Calendar And Apple Calendar

Every person gets a calendar subscription for their own phone, and the parish gets one anybody can add. What you are on appears in the calendar app you already open, invitations included, and updates when the schedule does. Works with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook and anything else that takes a calendar subscription.

Memento

On the way

Memento is our Mass intention register: the book of record for intentions, offerings and the celebret, kept the way canon law asks. Link your Memento parish to Ordio and every scheduled intention appears on its Mass on the calendar by itself, so the sacristy sheet, the bulletin and the calendar can never disagree about whom the ten o’clock is offered for.

The register stays the register. Ordio displays intentions and never edits them, and unlinking removes them from the calendar without touching the book.

Deliberately absent: two-way sync with outside calendar systems. One calendar has to be the truth, and a parish whose truth lives in three places has none. The subscriptions above carry Ordio outward instead.
